Shipping policy

We aim to provide prompt and reliable shipping services to all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery timelines: 

  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Metro Cities: For orders within metro cities, the estimated delivery time is typically between 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
    • For Non-Metro Cities: For non-metro locations, delivery times can range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the location and courier services available.
  • Order Processing:
    • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. 
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Cancellations:
      • In the unfortunate event that you change your mind about the purchase, you can place cancellation requests till the order is dispatched. 
      • If you change your mind after the order is dispatched, please inform us first and do not accept the order when it is delivered. We will process the refund once the shipment reaches our warehouse.
    • Shipping Charges:
      • Shipping is absolutely free across India. 
      • Want urgent delivery in Mumbai? Get same-day or next day delivery for just extra Rs.50. Give us a call immediately after placing the order and we will make it happen!
    • Tracking Your Order:
      • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier partner’s website.
    • Delays:
      • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve any delays promptly.
    • Undelivered Packages:
      • In the rare event that a package is undelivered, we will notify you and arrange a reattempt of delivery or return the package as per your preference. The courier partner will reattempt delivery upto 2 times. You are requested to take a photo of the parcel in the presence of the delivery partner which can be helpful in the unlikely case of any disputes.
