REFUNDS:
- To initiate Returns, please email us on info@ecotonique.in or message us on WhatsApp Click here.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order (not per product). To avoid this, we urge you to kindly measure the exact size before ordering. We make our products fit to size to avoid returns and thereby, prevent carbon footprint due to reverse logistics.
- We offer 4 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Please return the product(s) in the same condition as shipped. Worn or damaged items won’t be eligible for a refund.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. Pick-up will be attempted twice but if they fail to reach you, we ask you to send the shipment back to the company address: C1615, Delta Garden, Near western exp. highway, Mira Road (E), Thane, Maharashtra - 401107. +918850836902
REFUNDS:
- For COD orders, a store credit will be emailed & messaged within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup. They are not refundable but rest assured as they have no expiration on the validity of the amount.
- For payment made online, kindly allow 5-7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine the product(s) and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 working days from the day we confirm to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
- If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
